ROOF GEOMETRY & PLANE MAPPING
Precise roof plane outlines, ridge and valley lines, hip ends, mono-pitch, mansard, and parapet details. Area calculations per roof plane with slope angle and aspect. Produced at 1:50 or 1:100 scale in AutoCAD.
DEFECT MAPPING & CONDITION REPORT
Photo-keyed defect log mapped onto the roof drawing — failed laps, cracked slates, vegetation ingress, blocked gutters, standing water, membrane blistering, and parapet damage. Priority-rated (Urgent / Routine / Monitor).
PENETRATION & FEATURE SURVEYS
All roof penetrations plotted — rooflights, skylights, vents, soil and vent pipes, extraction fans, flues, communications masts, and structural columns. Plant room and rooftop plant base positions included.
SOLAR PV FESSIBILITY DRAWINGS
Roof orientation, slope, and available unshaded area calculated for solar PV feasibility. Indicative array layouts with setbacks, exclusion zones (ridges, rooflights, penetrations), and m² of usable area per roof plane.
DRAINAGE & FALLS DRAWINGS
Gutter positions, downpipe locations, rainwater outlet positions, flat roof drainage channels, and sump positions. Falls analysis overlaid on flat roof drawings showing drainage zones and low-spot identification.
INSURANCE & REINSTATEMENT DOCUMENTS
Roof geometry and materials schedule in the format required for insurance reinstatement cost assessments — including material type, area, age, and estimated condition grade per roof zone.
